This course teaches you how to build a recruiting plan that will generate enough applications form the right people to fill any job opening in your business. We'll discuss key recruiting areas such as the recruiting process, recruiting ratios, building effective job descriptions, setting and using performance metrics, and recruiting tactics that can be used in your recruiting plan. We'll also review keys to great execution of a recruiting plan, to give you the best chance at achieving the needed results. By the end of this course you will be able to build a solid recruiting plan, that will generate the needed applications, and execute that plan effectively to fill any position within your business.
